It may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, and other diagnostic data.
Information Collected while Using the Application
While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission: information regarding your location, pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library, as well as continuously synced Health Metrics from the CareRing device.
We use this information to provide features of Our Service, and to improve and customize Our Service. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.
Health and Wellness Data
CareRing collects certain physiological and activity-related data from the connected wearable device, such as heart rate, activity levels, sleep patterns, and other wellness indicators.
This data is used solely to provide general wellness insights, fitness tracking, and lifestyle recommendations.
CareRing is not a medical device. The Application does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information presented in the Application is for informational and wellness purposes only and should not be relied upon for medical decisions.
Users are strongly advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical or health-related decisions.
While we strive to provide accurate data, the measurements and insights generated by CareRing may not be completely accurate or reliable and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical equipment or advice.
AI Assistant and Data Sharing
In order to provide personalized wellness insights through our "Care AI Assistant" and "Wellness Report" features, the Application utilizes an AI service.
If you explicitly opt-in, we collect your chat messages, queries, and general wellness context (such as your synced activity levels, sleep scores, and health trends).
This data is seamlessly synced and utilized to process your queries and generate personalized, AI-driven wellness guidance. Your data is transmitted securely to the CareRing backend service which powers the AI processing.
We confirm that the CareRing backend service is bound by strict confidentiality and provides full protection of your Personal Data as outlined in this Privacy Policy. Your wellness data and chat messages are transmitted via encrypted connections and are never sold or shared with any other third parties.
Data is only shared with the AI service after you provide explicit permission, which you can revoke at any time within the app's Settings under AI Data Sharing.
Use and Disclosure of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data to provide and maintain our Service, manage Your Account, perform our contract with you, and contact You regarding updates or informative communications.
We also use this data to provide personalized AI insights as detailed above, manage Your requests to Us, and conduct business data analysis to identify usage trends and evaluate the effectiveness of our services.
Sharing Your Information
We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, or with Affiliates who are required to honor this Privacy Policy.

If you choose to use the "Family" feature, your invited and verified family members will be able to view your synced health and wellness data (e.g., heart rate, sleep scores) through their own CareRing app.
We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose only with Your explicit consent. Furthermore, we may disclose your information under certain circumstances if required by law enforcement or other legal requirements.
Retention, Transfer and Deletion
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time.
Your information may be transferred to computers located outside of Your state, province, or country. We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and no transfer will take place without adequate controls.
